Dang. The man’s entitled to his opinion, or did I miss something? And your responding in a manner that’s overtly defensive doesn’t do a hell of a lot for the feminist ideology. I came late to the Sex and the City party, as well, and I viewed it as entertainment, not as a blueprint to live my life by. The same for the reboot, which I agree isn’t very good. I consider both to be entertaining eye-candy and I express that opinion as an actual screenwriter.
