Fascinating, Tessa! I'm an "inadvertent intermittant faster," as I don't eat anything until about one in the afternoon. My go-to when I want to eat light but still feel satisfied, is a big, beautiful salad with lots of greens, hard boiled eggs and Italian tuna. I dress it with extra virgin olive oil and either white wine vinegar or lemon juice.
That bread looks delicious, by the way!!
