Good for you, LA! I’m proud of you!! Like others have said, the health benefits are primary. My advice: Start doing some light weight training with hand weights or even gallon water jugs. You’ll strengthen your bones and will also encourage muscle growth which will help to burn fat. Kerry’s posted on your progress.
