Hi, Jennifer. Very interesting story. That said, I'm going to be as honest as I can and hope that you'll take the following in the spirit in which it's intended. From what I just read, it appears that you blame being autistic, for eveything. I'm not an expert on the condition but I do know that exercise can help regulate emotions, not to mention the physical benefits. You're obese because you're autistic. So, you're willing to shorten your life because it's too difficult or hard, or whatever it is to exercise? You have terrible gums because you're autistic. Certainly, you know that untreated gum disease can lead to heart issues? The fact that you cautioned commenters to mention exercise for OTHERS, and not yourself, speaks volumes to me.
I really believe you need to kick yourself in the butt and get moving. Walk your dog for five minutes longer the next time you take her out. Start with that.
And, for the record, I do have empathy for others. And the shit isn't easy for anyone, but you really set a bad example for other autistic people with this story.
