I can assure you that none of the groups I belong to our Illumination-focused. There's Medium Magic, Medium Dreamer, Medium Writers, Medium Wizards, Medium Writers & Bloggers.

I do think that posting my links in these groups helps my readership. Also, it's a great way to become more active in the community. The only other places I really share our LinkedIn (never get a lot in the way of anything, there), Twitter and my personal Facebook page, Sherry Raw. I also have a Substack blog.
