I didn't miss it. I was trying to tell you that you can overcome these challenges. Maybe it takes baby steps, but so what? And yes, I think "movement" is good for us all.
Just so you know that I'm not talking out of my butt, if I hadn't lost seventy pounds of stubborn post-menopausal weight, on my own, I might not be here now. That's because I had such a low body fat percentage that I was able to see a lump in my breast that turned out to be cancer. That's how close to the skin it was. The radiologist said that losing weight probably saved my life. Too, while I was undergoing radiation, I worked out at the gym every day. And I still exercise daily.
I'm not saying it's easy. It feels like complete drudgery at times, but it helps my chronic anxiety and OCD which I've struggled with my whole life, and I feel so much better, afterward
