I work out twice a day. A short one in the morning and a more rigorous one in the afternoon. I don't drink coffee before my morning session. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that people can get lightheaded and dizzy with this protocol you're suggesting. We need more facts, please. I drink lemon water beforehand, that I take with my supplements. Coffee, after.
