I’m sorry, dear. I know you have a point. I’m just sure not sure what it is. Perhaps you should have used stronger examples. You start out with a veiled reference about your having sex with someone, an experience you evidently regretted, and then move onto not being able to say “no” to tea or honey. First, I have no problem with saying “no.” That’s just me, but I’m mystified why you couldn’t just say that you’re allergic to honey? I don’t understand this manner of behavior, sorry.
