It appears that one of this platform’s most successful cash cows is also one its most ageist. Now, I despise any “ism,” but as you guys know, ageism sticks in my craw because I’ve been the victim of it time and again. And I’m not alone.
“Over 50? You’re done. Over 60? Well, let’s pull the dirt over you and call it a day.”
What an ignorant mindset! And to see this in a writer who is making bank by sucking others into his web of “expert” advice and courses and formulas for this and that is disappointing and infuriating.
I stopped following this individual months ago but my buddy Terry L. Cooper alerted me to the offending piece (related to success here) and this line:
“If you’re old and lazy, you’ll likely continue being old and lazy unless you have some divine turning point in your life.”
What a travesty.
