It Appears That “Your Friends” Have Taken a Hike

Excuse me for using this iconic Bobby “Blue” Bland lyric for my own devices, but I found it fitting.
Now, I may be late to the party, here, but the other day I fired off an email to Medium support and received the following in response:

Going through our contact form will help you find an answer for your question. If the answer does not help you, click Submit a request underneath a suggested article to open a ticket submission form and write in to our team.

Alright. This latest bit of fuckery is disconcerting, to say the least as the Medium Help Center is woefully lacking in, well, actual “help.” At least, for this writer.
I’d love to know what you guys think of this. And what do you think it means for the future of this platform.
