It's definitely age. My hair is natural, haven't colored it since I was a teen, or so, but that rich brunette color has lost some of its depth and no conditioner is going to help, unfortunately. The only thing going for my hair is that I have very little grays. As my mom said, "We go bald in our family before we go gray!"
