Although she has been complaining about not having a life for years now, she doesn't seek change. I am not her and she is not me.

In my opinion, I have nothing to prove after 35 years in this industry. I am not seeking validation. Fuck that. And i can't muster up the passion necessary to virtually kill myself for a client that manufactures windows and door.s I just can't. Also in my opinion, the people who are letting this gig take over their lives are nuts!! Beyond nuts and are also perpetrating this sweat shop mentality.

I just simply cannot watch fall, my favorite season go by in a blur, or most of winter. We already lost the last year and then some.

Perhaps I didn't adequately describe the effort it takes to do this. Yes, I am grateful for the money, but not at the expense of my health.
