Rasheed, I can’t believe you said that. You know why? I love the Indian grocery store and I frequent it! I get different teas, instant coffee with chicory, ayurvedic beauty products — I love me some Vicco turmeric cream with sandlewood oil — produce, spices, you name. It’s Patel Brothers and it’s a big place. In fact, I’m overdue for a visit.

I sometimes do take the powder and drink it down with water. I think I’ll start doing that because it’s probably a lot more potent than the capsules. It’s definitely cheaper! I also add pepper to it for better absorption.
