Stephen, this is a great article filled with useful information! What a concept! ;-)

I am an “inadvertent” intermittent faster. I put protein powder and collagen powder in my morning coffee and it keeps me full til noon or after.

I also work out every day, weigh myself every other day and generally, eat low-carb.

And, I love omelets!
