Thanks so much, Greg. Yep. I’m dissolving the flakes in water and drinking every morning. I also take Boswellia and Turmeric.
Got a tip for you: Magnesium oil. Rub it into sore joints. It absorbs easily through the skin and I’m finding it really helps the healing process.
Whenever possible, I try to go the natural route.
