That's wonderful, Donna! Good for you!!

Six years ago, I'd packed on a lot of post-menopausal weight and also was a half-assed exerciser. I finally decided I'd had enough and literally remade my body. Lost seventy pounds, along with the "bat wings," "turkey wattle," etc.

And then, one night I was undressing and SAW a lump over my right breast. It was so close to the skin because of all the weight I'd lost. The radiologist said losing weight probably saved my life. So, here's to staying as healthy as we can!! And thank you for sharing that.
