This is so kind of you, Decidio, and you’re right. His health is paramount. As is yours, so I certainly hope that you, too, will be able to leave the job behind one day.

As it turns out, he’s hanging in until the end of the year. That gives us time to figure things out, but regardless, he deserves to retire and I support him 100%.
